• 7 am - 7 am shift coverage -- early week scheduling
• Lower volume anticipated toward end of coverage week
• Weekend cases limited to emergencies only
• Procedures: PEs, bread and butter cases, trauma, aneurysms
• Thoracic and aortic arch procedures not required
• Hospital privileges required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
