Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Outpatient experience required. No new graduates. Assignment Details Schedule: 5x8. 40 hours per week. Assignment length: 13 weeks.
