This position is ideal for individuals who understand that success comes from both company-provided opportunities and personal initiative.
We provide leads, marketing support, referral opportunities, and appointment-setting assistance. However, our top performers also generate their own business through networking, referrals, canvassing, and relationship building.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Meet with homeowners
• Conduct roof and property inspections
• Identify roofing, solar, and construction opportunities
• Follow up on company-provided leads
• Work appointments generated by setters
• Build referral relationships
• Generate self-created opportunities when needed
• Present solutions and close projects
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project
