Looking for an opportunity to make a lasting impact while enjoying a slower pace of life? Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at Accura Healthcare of North Platte , helping adult and geriatric patients regain mobility, independence, and confidence.

You'll become part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting, where meaningful patient relationships and quality outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy focused on improving mobility, balance, strength, safety, and functional independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best patient outcomes
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with state licensure requirements
• Complete timely, accurate documentation supporting quality patient care and regulatory compliance

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in Nebraska
