What You'll Do

Prepare fresh ingredients and follow recipes with consistency and attention to detail.
Cook breakfast and lunch items on grill, sauté, fry, and prep stations.
Read and prioritize tickets to ensure timely, accurate food preparation.
Maintain proper portion sizes and presentation standards.
Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Work closely with your teammates to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Ability to follow recipes and food preparation procedures.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment and utensils.
Commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
Weekend availability is required.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to understand and follow direction from others.
Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures.
Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
Skill and coordination with kitchen utensils and equipment.
We clean and sanitize our stations throughout and at the end of the day.

Family-owned and operated, Berry Fresh Café opened in Port St. Lucie, FL in 2009 and has since added three more locations (Jupiter, FL Stuart, FL and Palm Beach Gardens, FL with West Palm Beach, FL opening soon!).

We serve fresh chef inspired farm to table foods in a friendly upbeat atmosphere.

Work in the restaurant industry and have a balanced personal life at the same time!
