Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians or skilled Residential HVAC Technicians looking to transition into commercial service work. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience required.
• Commercial HVAC experience preferred; residential technicians ready to move into commercial service are encouraged to apply.
• HVAC and/or plumbing background required.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Additional education, technical training, or certifications are considered a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
