What You'll Do Design and ship production AI agents that run operational workflows end to end Build full stack features in TypeScript, NestJS, and React Build human-in-the-loop systems where every correction a user makes feeds straight back into the agent's next run Build customer service agents that classify inbound messages and either draft a reply or escape to a human Build features like recurring orders on custom cadences, shipped 0 to 1 Manage AWS infrastructure with Terraform, blue-green CI/CD, and microservices architecture Own production incidents from detection through resolution Who You Are 5-7 years in Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React in production Built and shipped at least one AI agent beyond the prototype stage Deployed applications on AWS serving real trafficCome from a startup background, having owned a product end to end Comfortable speaking directly with customers in plain language Ready to work six days a week, on site, while the company builds toward its next raise Bonus: experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent frameworks Why You'll Thrive Own systems that carry a customer's daily operations, not a side project Ship features that directly close enterprise deals, including live client demos built on the platform you help maintain Work directly alongside the founders, all three come from operating businesses in this exact industry Join at a stage where 0.7% to 1.5% equity is genuinely on the table The intensity is real right now, six days a week, but tied to a clear milestone rather than a permanent state #J-18808-Ljbffr Open Select
