Location: Tarboro, NC Salary: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD Annually Description: Continuous Improvement Manager – High‑Volume Manufacturing Facility The Judge Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for a large Manufacturing Company. It will not sponsor or relocate any candidates outside of the U.S. Relocation: Full relocation Covered Must Have Manufacturing experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 7–10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Operations. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational workflows. Knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma, RCA, DMAIC, TPM, SPC, and other CI methodologies. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, from frontline teams to senior leadership. Willingness to travel up to 25% to support CI initiatives at other locations. Key Responsibilities Partner with operations and functional leaders to identify improvement opportunities using structured problem‑solving methods such as Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, Loss Analysis, and DMAIC. Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, enabling data‑based decision‑making and driving behavioral change throughout the organization. Manage improvement projects, including project planning, execution coaching, results tracking, and stakeholder communication. Deliver CI training programs (Lean, Belt training, problem‑solving tools) tailored to organizational needs and capability levels. Implement and support the site’s Management Operating System (MOS), including tiered meetings, KPI development, standard work, and visual management. Facilitate Kaizen events and focused improvement workshops to address systemic issues and accelerate performance gains. Analyze operational losses and develop strategies to achieve breakthrough improvements in cost, quality, safety, and productivity. Develop and execute a CI communication plan to increase visibility, engagement, and alignment around improvement efforts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
