HR Business Partner: Employee Relations & Strategy
City of Memphis
City of Memphis is seeking an HR professional to serve as the primary contact for employee and labor-relations issues, coordinating with City HR and service centers. This role will make recommendations on disciplinary actions in compliance with policies and MOUs and will build partnerships across management to foster a culture valuing employees.
