The Painter / Maintenance Technician will assist with painting, prep work, carpet cleaning, and light handyman projects at various residential and commercial locations. Daily tasks may vary depending on the project, so the ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, and willing to jump in where needed.

This role has room for growth. The right person may have the opportunity to move into a Regional Supervisor role with additional earning potential through sales bonuses and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different job sites throughout the Denver metro area
• Perform interior and exterior painting
• Complete painting prep work, including masking, taping, sanding, caulking, patching, and protecting surfaces
• Assist with carpet cleaning projects
• Perform light handyman work as needed, such as hanging TVs, whiteboards, shelving, and similar items
• Help with basic drywall patching and minor repairs
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers
• Follow project instructions and complete work efficiently
• Represent the company professionally while working in homes, offices, and commercial spaces

Qualifications

• Painting experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Basic handyman experience is a plus
• Experience with carpet cleaning is a plus, but not required
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
• Must be comfortable going to different locations each day
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift equipment and materials as needed
• Must be able to work on ladders and perform physical labor
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must be respectful when working in occupied homes, offices, and commercial spaces
