Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) (New Grads are Welcome) Location: Houston, TX Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a dynamic team of physical therapists. In this role, you will assist patients with a variety of medical conditions, helping them improve mobility, overcome physical limitations, and regain independence in daily activities.

In this role, you will assist patients with a variety of medical conditions, helping them improve mobility, overcome physical limitations, and regain independence in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner
- Assist patients in improving mobility and functional abilities
- Identify patient needs and demonstrate compassion, empathy, and respect for individual differences
- Recommend modifications or adjustments in treatment to ensure patient progress, safety, and comfort
- Monitor patient performance and report progress to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and outcomes
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or related field
- Valid PTA license or certification to practice
- BLS, CPR Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
