Automotive Service Advisor

Time Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a customer-focused and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our technicianshelping diagnose concerns, recommend services, and ensure each guest receives an exceptional service experience.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Compensation: Salary + Commission

What You Will Do:

• Meet with customers to understand concerns and repair/service needs.
• Build customer loyalty by maintaining clear and honest communication.
• Uphold company standards for professionalism, ethics, and service.
• Monitor progress of repairs throughout the day and provide frequent updates.
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales opportunities and promoting retail maintenance.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient repair flow, accurate diagnostics, and timely part ordering.
• Participate in and support quality control processes.
• Assist in the development and documentation of service procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1 year Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred.
• Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities.
• Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED (required).
