Depending on the position and meeting eligibility requirements, the bonus is paid after 90 days of employment.OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Manual Welder to join our team. You will be responsible for performing high-quality MIG and/or TIG welding on steel and stainless steel components. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read complex blueprints, and a commitment to maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.2nd Shift Schedule: 3pm - 11pm Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.20*Additional 10% differential for 2nd Shift*Includes shift differential for 2nd ShiftBenefits include pay-on-demand via the Rain app, semi-annual bonuses, The Revolution Fund, an onsite gym with free group classes, healthcare, 401k, and more.ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG and TIG operations on various metal components, ensuring all welds meet structural and aesthetic specificationsInterpret engineering drawings, technical blueprints, and weld symbols to determine project requirementsConduct thorough visual inspections and use precision measuring tools (calipers, squares, tape measures) to ensure parts meet tolerancesPerform routine maintenance on welding equipment and maintain a clean, organized workstationMeet or exceed daily production quotas while minimizing scrap and reworkQualificationsMinimum of 2+ years of professional experience in MIG and/or TIG welding, specifically working with steel and/or stainless steel in a production environmentHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentCurrent welding certification (AWS or equivalent) is highly preferredProficiency in identifying metal types, gauges, and various hardware componentsMust be able to stand for long periods and be capable of lifting up to 80 pounds regularlyCandidates must successfully pass a hands-on welding test as part of the interview processRequirement to wear all mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a welding helmet, gloves, and steel-toed bootsRogue Fitness is a Drug Free Workplace.
