Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment strategies

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Massachusetts (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or eligibility
• Previous clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with a diverse patient population across various diagnoses
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment
