Department: 340B Program Administration & Compliance
Reports To: 340B Program Manager
Location: Hawai'i Island Community Health Center (HICHC) Hilo
Starting Pay: $24.09/hour (compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications)

Join HICHC and help expand access to affordable medications across Hawai'i Island. We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and mission-driven 340B Analyst to support our 340B Program through compliance monitoring, data analysis, inventory management, and process improvement.

What You'll Do

Ensure compliance with 340B program regulations and organizational policies.
Analyze program data, trends, savings, and performance metrics.
Audit prescriptions, claims, and inventory to maintain program integrity.
Support contract pharmacy, entity-owned pharmacy, and clinic medication operations.
Collaborate with Pharmacy, Finance, and Compliance teams.
Help eligible patients access affordable medications and support services.

What You'll Bring

Required:

High school diploma or GED.
1+ year of 340B Specialist or related healthcare experience.
1-3 years of 340B, healthcare operations, analytics, or data experience.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Working knowledge of HRSA and 340B regulations.
Apexus 340B University Certificate.
Valid Hawai'i driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
FQHC experience.
Epic reporting certification.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
