F&B Supervisor - Maude's | Full-time

Nestled within the lush landscapes of Hyatt Regency Lost Pines, Maude's Bar & Terrace is a haven of Southern hospitality. Named after our famous pecan tree, Maude’s offers an indoor/outdoor experience with live music, fire pits, and delightful libations. We pride ourselves on creating memorable moments for our guests with our wood-fired flatbreads, craft cocktails, and the best pecan pie in Texas.

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Maude's. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a love for hospitality, and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional service. As the F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our bar and terrace, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.

• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor staff to ensure productivity, quality, and exceptional customer service.

• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of food and beverages, ensuring they meet our high standards.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory, control stock, and minimize waste.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Prior serving or bartending experience as is a plus
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have open availability to be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
• TABC and Texas Food Handler’s Certification is required
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
