Mercy Clinic Pittsburg is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our well-established Womens Health Clinic in Pittsburg, Kansas. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a physician-led, patient-focused organization recognized for quality care and outstanding patient satisfaction.

Practice Highlights

• Join a collaborative team of 2 experienced OB/GYN physicians, 1 newly-trained OBGYN (starts Jan. 2027) and 2 APRNs
\n
• 1:4 call schedule with coverage for one hospital only
\n
• Position available due to practice growth quick ramp-up expected
\n
• Averaging about 650 births annually
\n
• Womens Center located on the hospitals 3rd floor featuring:\n
  \n
  • 5 labor rooms, 2 triage rooms, 1 C-section OR, 1 recovery room
  \n
  • 13 postpartum/GYN rooms
  \n
  • Level II Specialty Nursery with isolation nursery and exam room
  \n
\n
• Da Vinci Robot available for minimally invasive procedures
\n
• Teaching affiliation with Kansas City University opportunity to precept medical students with stipend
\n
• System-wide EPIC EMR and DAX Copilot
\n

• 40,000 sq. ft. Surgical Center with 6 ORs + dedicated C-section suite

• Anesthesia team: 1 anesthesiologist + 5 CRNAs

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary: $400,000 for 1 year
\n
• $50,000 recruitment incentives + up to $20,000 relocation assistance
\n
• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

• 4 weeks vacation + 6 holidays during guarantee period

• 1 week CME + $5,000 annual CME allowance
