Billing Specialist

Billing Specialist Responsibilities include but not limited to: Bill customers in TMW in accordance with customer’s requirements accurately daily. Make sure Bill of Ladings “BOLs” are stamped received by the customer. Upload billed invoices & BOLs into the customer portal within the specified timeframe. Take initiative and execute assigned tasks in a timely manner. Scan invoices and email them to customers daily. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications include: Minimum of 3 years’ experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook and Excel, 10-key. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented. Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm Employment with Truline is contingent on honesty and full disclosure.
