Hybrid AI Support Analyst — Troubleshooting & Enablement

Accordion is seeking an AI Support Analyst to ensure smooth AI tool operation, assist with adoption, and resolve user issues. You’ll bridge technical helpdesk duties with enablement initiatives, working closely with AI readiness and training teams in a hybrid US-based role. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in IT or AI tool management, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and experience with Power BI/SQL.
