Customer Sales & Service Representative

Responsibilities Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information for customers. Work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process. Maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world‑class service. Apply exemplary customer service skills, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Use proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests, and system‑generated acknowledgements. Perform any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes. 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑service role. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Travel Requirements Type of travel: Local. Amount of travel: Physical Requirements Require prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength are necessary. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
