Overview:
Founded in 1946 in the city of Greensburg, PA, Scott Electric Company is one of the largest independent electrical distributors in the United States and has grown into a thriving business with storefront locations throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, and West Virginia. Palco Power Systems, a subsidiary of Scott Electric Company, a Western PA distributor of Kohler Power Systems, is seeking a Service Coordinator at the Jeannette, PA location. (M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
Responsibilities
- Calling customers
- Scheduling generator repairs
- Scheduling generator routine maintenance
- Handling billing issues
Requirements:
- Computer Skills
- Prior experience in scheduling and repair
- Must be detailed-oriented
- Must be able to multitask and be process-driven
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Mechanical experience
- Electrical knowledge
Must submit to a background check and drug testing
