Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our Accounting team with administrative and document management tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with accounting systems and communicating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan and organize invoices and accounting documents.
• Upload invoices and supporting documentation into the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate electronic records.
• Communicate with internal and external contacts via phone, email, and instant messaging.
• Provide general administrative support to the Accounting department as needed.

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
