Available Roles

• RNC Sales Representative : Manage builder relationships, estimate/pricing for new construction HVAC installs; drive satisfaction through communication.
• RNC Sales Manager : Lead regional sales strategies, oversee accounts, and align with operations for seamless delivery.
• Estimator : Develop accurate cost estimates, material lists, and layouts; collaborate with teams for profitable projects.
• HVAC Technician : Install, service, and maintain systems to code; focus on quality troubleshooting and customer interactions.
• Field Supervisor : Oversee crews for timely installs, provide training, and ensure safety/compliance.

Qualifications (All Roles)

• Relevant experience: 3+ years for tech/sales roles; 5+ for supervisory/estimating
• Strong HVAC knowledge (residential systems, NC codes), communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license; clean record
• North Carolina H3-I or H3-II license strongly encouraged for enhanced opportunities
