Position: Restorative Nursing Assistant

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 6 AM - 2 PM

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00/HR DOE

Location: Three Rivers Care, 1305 Alexander St., Centralia, WA 98531

Job duties:

• Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
• Contracture Prevention/Management
• Passive Range of Motion (PROM), Active Range of Motion (AROM), Active Assistive Range of Motion (AAROM)
• Splint/brace assistance, positioning
• Self-feeding with compensatory strategies, assisted feeding with cues, dependent feeding with safety precautions
• Ambulation, amputation/prosthesis care

Must have:

• Must have active state CNA/NAC licensure
• Must have active OBRA registry

Compensation for roles at Three Rivers Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Three Rivers Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Three Rivers Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
