Job Overview:

As a Final Assembly - Production Associate at Marvin, you’ll help craft products that make homes better, all while working in a clean, bright, temperature‑controlled facility. This role includes work areas that require frequent heavy lifting, full‑body movement, and handling large materials up to 75 pounds. Every day is active and hands‑on. No experience? We’ll train and support you every step of the way. Plus, receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus when you join our team!

Highlights of your role:

• Lift, carry, and move materials up to 75 pounds using proper technique and teamwork
• Handle large and bulky window components, including pushing and positioning completed units onto carts
• Perform frequent physical movements such as twisting, pulling, bending, and lifting from mid‑section to chest height
• Use tools and equipment while following visual and written instructions to keep production moving efficiently

Select a schedule that works for your life:

 *Please note: all shifts require mandatory overtime.

 

Monday – Thursday: 

• Days: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm  Pay:  $18.50 per hour
• Evenings: 3:30 pm – 1:30 am Pay $21.50 per hour

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

• Ability to lift, move, push, or carry up to 75 pounds throughout the shift
• Comfort with repetitive physical movement including twisting, bending, and overhead or chest‑height lifting
• High school diploma or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
