Job Type: Full- Time Workplace Type: Onsite Clearance: TS/SCI willingness to take a polygraph exam Must be a U.S. Citizen Job Summary Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Microelectronics Analyst, Mid (CENTCOM) to use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors. Roles and Responsibilities A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to: Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels. Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards Knowledge of the CENTCOM AOR Knowledge of Microelectronics TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Physical Requirements/Work Environment Normal office environment. Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $115,000.00 to $120,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems’ total compensation package for employees.
