Are you a self-starter who wants to control your own income?

Fish Window Cleaning is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial client base in the Las Vegas area — one of the largest territories in the entire Fish Window Cleaning network, with real room to grow. This is a territory-building role — you'll be out in the field, meeting business owners and property managers face to face, writing estimates on the spot, and closing your own accounts.

What the job actually looks like:

• Monday–Friday, daytime hours only — no nights, no weekends
• You set your own daily route and manage your own pipeline
• Most of your sales will come from consistent follow-up, not one-call closes
• Uniforms and training provided

What you'll earn:

• 2-week paid training period at $14/hour
• After that: $300/week guaranteed base, plus 10% commission on everything you close — no cap. Most reps run $600–900/week total once ramped up. 
• Minimum standard is 15 estimates a day, with 20 as the target
• Compensation Target: $32,000/year 

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable talking to strangers and asking for the business
• Organized enough to follow up consistently — this is where the money is made
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

New to sales? Good.
We're not necessarily looking for someone who's already done this — we're looking for someone who'll learn it. Cold outreach and follow-through are two of the hardest skills to teach and two of the most valuable to have. Master them here and you'll never be stuck — outside sales, account management, running your own business someday, all of it draws on exactly what you'll build in this role.
