Motion Designer

Who We're Looking For We’re looking for a Motion Designer to join our in-house creative team in Medina, OH. This role is about bringing stories to life through movement—transforming strategy and messaging into dynamic, emotionally resonant visual content. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong sense of timing, composition, and storytelling. You’ll collaborate with designers, editors, and strategists to produce compelling motion graphics that drive engagement and inspire action. What You’ll Do Create high-impact motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, video content, and presentations. Collaborate with the Creative Director and other team members to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling. Animate typography, illustrations, and visual elements to enhance narrative and brand messaging. Edit and composite video footage, integrating motion design seamlessly. Develop storyboards, style frames, and prototypes to communicate ideas. Stay current with animation trends, techniques, and tools. Ensure brand consistency across all motion assets. Present concepts and final deliverables to internal teams and clients. Required Qualifications Proven professional experience in motion design or animation. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a passion for crafting visually engaging content. Nice-to-Haves A portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work, including campaign-driven content. Experience working in creative agencies or freelance environments. Skills in 3D animation (Cinema 4D, Blender) or interactive media. Familiarity with political or advocacy-related content.
