In doing so, we have mastered the art of hitting aggressive lease-up goals and optimizing property operations to build strong, cash-flowing communities. To support our ongoing expansion, we are looking for additional Affordable Site Managers to oversee day-to-day operations at our communities. ?? A Day in the Life:

As our Site Manager, you will be the captain of the ship. On any given day, you will:

• Be the Compliance Expert: Keep certifications, tenant files, and waitlists strictly accurate and audit-ready.
• Lead the Team: Oversee leasing activities and coordinate with maintenance to keep the property looking pristine.
• Build Community: Connect with residents, resolve concerns gracefully, and host community events.
• Drive Financial Success: Collect rents and minimize delinquencies.

• Affordable Housing Pro: 2+ years of Affordable Housing knowledge (LIHTC/RD guidelines).
