Acute Care Physical Therapist | Hospital-Based | Jackson MS | PSLF + $15K Sign-On

We're partnering with a hospital in the Jackson, MS area to hire a full-time Acute Care Physical Therapist (PT). This is a permanent, W-2 hospital-based role in a stroke-center-designated regional referral hospital, ideal for PTs looking to build versatile acute care skills in a mentorship-driven environment. New graduate physical therapists are welcomed with a structured 90-day preceptor program.

• Formal 90-day mentorship program with experienced preceptors

Compensation & Financial Package:

• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• Acute care shift differential
• Relocation assistance available
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
• 403(b) retirement plan with 50% employer match up to 6% (effective 3% total contribution)

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with 30-minute lunch
• Weekend rotation: 1 in 4 when fully staffed
