John Vance Auto Group Guthrie, a family-operated dealership for over 40 years, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused internet sales associate to join our growing team.

If you've got real sales experience, know how to build relationships, and can turn online leads into satisfied, lifelong customers we want to talk to you. You'll lead the charge in managing internet leads, setting appointments, and ensuring each customer has a smooth and professional buying experience from start to finish.

What you'll do:

• Manage and respond to internet leads promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, and text to build trust and rapport.
• Guide customers through the buying process, from inquiry to delivery.
• Follow up with leads to maintain relationships and generate repeat business.
• Set appointments for the sales team and ensure a high show rate.
• Track activity, progress, and results to meet and exceed goals.

What we're looking for:

• Proven sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of managing multiple leads at once.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
