Site Supervisor, Out of School Time

TIMES & DAYS - Hours available Monday - Friday. During the school year this could include a split shift working in the morning from 6:15am - until 7:45am and afternoon from 2:00pm - 6:15pm, with time allocated in the middle of the day for administration and training.When applying for this role you could be placed at any of the following locations for the 2026-2027 school year.Make every part of the day count.We’re looking for a Full-Time Out of School Time Site Supervisor to lead our program right in the school setting.This split-shift role includes:• Before & after school programming• Midday administrative and planning time• Leading staff and creating engaging, inclusive activitiesYou’ll play a key role in helping students feel safe, supported, and inspired every day.POSITION SUMMARYUnder the direction of the Manager, the Site Supervisor, Out-of-School Time (OST) provides day-to-day leadership for high-quality before-school, after-school, school break, and summer camp programming. This position is responsible for overall site operations, staff supervision and development, participant safety, program quality, family engagement, and facility stewardship.The Site Supervisor leads a team of program staff, aides, program leads, and unit leads to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where youth can learn, grow, and belong.
