Receptionist - Part Time

Front Desk Coordinator

An organized and friendly "first contact" for a busy international flight school. Responsible for managing the front desk by answering incoming calls, assisting customers and guests, performing a variety of clerical tasks, offering administrative support across the organization, and ensuring exceptional customer care.

Job Duties:

• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and vendors.
• Inform of testing center arrivals and other guests
• Sort and distribute mail and packages for staff and students
• Receive payments, distribute checks, and invoice customers as needed
• Create and help out with PowerPoint presentations for company announcement screens
• Make announcements regarding monthly events and help with creating posters (if needed)
• Clean briefing room whiteboards and stock supplies as needed
• Process fuel records and update fuel surcharges
• Collect cash/check payments
• Oversee company printers, phone equipment and plants
• Schedule rooms on Flight Schedule Pro
• Maintain reception and lobby area for cleanliness
• Report facility maintenance and IT requests to the appropriate departments
• Help Student Services with documents scanning, saving and other tasks
• Other duties as assigned
