Information Technology Manager

Our client is hiring an experienced IT Engineer/Manager to deliver top‑tier IT support in a high‑touch, customer‑focused role. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, outstanding customer service abilities, and excellent communication skills. They should be comfortable managing workloads independently, taking initiative, and driving strategic projects to successful completion with minimal supervision. This role serves as the primary IT point of contact for 100+ employees, handling day‑to‑day technical needs and reporting to the Director of IT in San Francisco. Key responsibilities include maintaining and supporting the corporate network infrastructure, enhancing security protocols, managing office build‑outs, and transitioning to new cloud‑based file services. As a vital member of the IT team, you’ll help the company scale efficiently during a period of rapid growth while maintaining a collaborative work culture. Qualifications 7+ years of IT experience, preferably in financial services or private equity/venture capital. Extensive knowledge of Active Directory. Proficiency with Office 365 and the Microsoft Office suite. Strong experience with Mimecast (or comparable technology). Expertise in Zoom Video Conferencing. Experience supporting VIPs and executives. Strong troubleshooting skills for both complex and simple technical issues. Thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record of successfully leading projects and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
