Description:
Fantastic opportunity for someone who is a multi-tasker and enjoys working in a high paced office with other dedicated team members. This is a software solutions company that is growing and looking for an excellent Human Resource professional to join our team!


Responsibilities include:
• Completing background checks/ drug screening for new employees
• Conducting audits as requested
• Verifying and completing Form I-9 for all new employees
• Handling all garnishments
• Prepare paperwork for unemployment claims and submit the paperwork to applicable state agency. Assist with hearings when necessary.
• Being the main point of contact for all employee inquiries/ concerns and respond in a timely fashion
• Assist new hires in completing all on-boarding documentation
• Serve as back-up for Payroll
• Assists in employee benefits, enrollments and cancellations. Experience with 401(k) enrollment, Health Insurance management, etc. preferred
• Responsible for updating all HR forms.
• File, phone, fax, scan, email, data entry as needed
• Process all paperwork associated with the hiring, terminations, and compensation changes of all employees and enter all information in appropriate systems or forwards to payroll for entering purposes.
• Provide support to several account managers
• Additional tasks as assigned
