About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Wealth Strategies to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the provision of holistic wealth management services, with a specific focus on individual income tax planning for high-net-worth families. This role requires the individual to serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring that client coverage teams deliver high-level and effective advice on complex tax and planning matters. The Vice President will also be responsible for partnering with client advisors to identify issues, develop strategies, and prepare for client engagements, as well as reviewing client materials and third-party analyses to highlight key considerations, tradeoffs, and risks. Applicants must be a CPA with a strong foundation in tax planning and preparation for ultra-high-net-worth families, and have at least 6 years' of relevant experience in tax planning and wealth management. The role demands a demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple advisors and disciplines, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and the capacity to help frame and advance discussions across a range of financial matters. The Vice President will also be expected to develop and maintain relationships with external service providers, and to partner with internal teams to create educational materials for clients and prospects, as well as to educate and mentor internal client advisors on tax concepts.
