Front Desk Agent

The Front Desk Lead is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while supporting daily front desk operations and leading team members by example. This role assists with training, coaching, problem resolution, and ensuring compliance with hotel standards and procedures. The ideal candidate is a dependable, service-oriented professional with strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills who can effectively manage guest concerns, support team performance, and contribute to overall guest satisfaction and hotel success.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the friendly and attentive face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay.
• Your daily tasks will include checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
• You will report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
• A career as a front desk agent can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as front office supervisor, front office manager, or even a management position in hotel operations.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

• A combination of education and experience.
