Capture what matters - Log customer feedback in Micrologic, flag issues early, and communicate insights to the team proactively. Qualifications What You Bring Reliable attendance and professional image — you show up on time, polished, and ready. Charismatic, high-energy presence — extroverted, naturally engaging, thrives in customer-facing moments. Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy. Goal-oriented and results-driven — you know your numbers and you care about hitting them. Strong empathy paired with sales drive — you read the customer and adjust accordingly. Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot — you resolve, you don't deflect. Comfortable with POS systems and site technology. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions. Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets. Customer-Centric Approach — Demonstrates positive customer interactions, listens actively, and follows service standards to create a great customer experience. Drives Results — Completes tasks reliably, stays focused on priorities, and takes responsibility for individual performance — tasks are done fully and correctly.
