The possibility for our employees to achieve their full potential, for our communities to be stronger and for everyone to have a healthier, happier place to live.Our portfolio of brands — Andersen Windows & Doors, Renewal by Andersen and Fenetres MQ — is crafted to serve customers across the new residential, home improvement and light commercial building sector.Join our more than 13,000 employees who are inspired every day to deliver exceptional experiences that turn possibility into reality.**JOB DESCRIPTION:****POSITION SUMMARY:**Contributes to and at times drives key projects within strategic and tactical go-to-market business plans for a market segment, including program initiatives, marketing communications and campaigns to help drive segment results.**POSITION PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Creating and executing marketing communications plans for trade audience(s) for deeper engagement.* Working with content and creative teams to develop and implement new content for customer segment.* Contributing to strategic and tactical development and implementation of new tools and business processes.* Collaborating with cross-functional delivery partners including Sales, IT, Insights, Marketing Services, Digital & Content Marketing, and business teams on projects to support and enhance segment program(s).* Managing business plans and programs against timelines and budgets.* Delivering segment business analysis as needed.* Participating in Andersen’s national initiatives in segment specific key events, sponsorships, and trade or customer organizations.**POSITION MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:*** Four-year degree in marketing, communications, or related field.* Minimum 5 years relevant progressive marketing experience.* Strong technical marketing skills.* Strong project management and organizational skills.* Experience using Microsoft programs including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.**POSITION NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:*** Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, possess strong presentational skills and enjoys success in a collaborative team environment.* Demonstrated leadership skills.* Ability to execute projects on time and on budget.* Tolerance of ambiguity and ability to problem solve.**COMPENSATION:**Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.**PAY RANGE:**$90,039.00 - $139,561.00**CULTURE AND BENEFITS:**At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
