We’re hiring a Warehouse Lead for a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Newark, CA , working a day shift, Monday–Friday . This role oversees daily warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, equipment receiving and preparation, shipping, and warehouse organization. You’ll work closely with office and field teams to make sure equipment is ready for upcoming installations, while also supporting warehouse staff and keeping operations running smoothly. A background check is required.
Responsibilities
- Track equipment entering and leaving the warehouse and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Receive, inspect, document, and prepare equipment for installations and shipments.
- Coordinate with office and field teams to ensure equipment is ready when needed.
- Manage warehouse staff and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and stocked.
- Perform inventory counts, operate a forklift, drive large trucks, and handle shipping/receiving issues.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to push and pull heavy equipment.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Ability to drive large trucks.
- Ability to use Outlook calendar and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
