Dietary Aide

Job Title Dietary Assistant Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Assistant to join our team at Allure of Geneseo. As a Dietary Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dietary services to our residents, ensuring their needs are met while delivering on our values of wellness, compassion, customer experience, and company results. Responsibilities Assist in all dietary functions as directed and in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures Prepare and deliver meals, serving trays, and clearing the main dining room Wash dishes and equipment, as well as thoroughly clean the work area Stock the store room and retrieve stock as needed Prepare and distribute snacks to the nursing department Take out trash, sweep and mop floors, and perform other custodial duties Invite and arrange for families to eat with their residents periodically Clean and sanitize carts and equipment, and take out garbage and recycling About the Role As a Dietary Assistant at Allure of Geneseo, you will have the opportunity to work in a world-class healthcare environment, blending state-of-the-art skilled nursing care, professional outpatient therapy, and a warm, happy atmosphere.
