User Experience Designer

Robert Half's client is seeking a Senior UX Designer for a 3-month contract with the ability to extend that is 100% onsite in Bellevue, WA. This role will help shape the future of technology powering a global delivery network. In this role, you will design complex, high-impact systems that improve how operations teams interact with tools, processes, and each other at scale. You will partner closely with product, engineering, operations, and safety teams to solve ambiguous, real-world challenges through thoughtful, human-centered design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UX solutions for complex operational systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Conduct and apply UX research, including user interviews, observation, and usability testing
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable design solutions
• Rapidly onboard to new systems and problem spaces with minimal ramp time
• Create high-quality designs, prototypes, and interaction models using Figma
• Mentor designers and drive design quality across multiple workstreams

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong, design-focused portfolio
• Expertise in Figma and modern design tools
• Experience designing for complex, content-heavy or workflow-driven experiences
• Strong interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills (including mobile)
• Demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end
• Empathy for users and strong decision-making ability in ambiguous environments
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with product and engineering teams
• Hands-on UX research experience with confidence leading user interviews and asking probing questions
• Proven ability to quickly ramp on and design within complex systems and workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing associate-facing or internal tools
• Background in UX, Interaction Design, or HCI
• Exposure to AI, rapid prototyping, or automation tools

The salary range for this position is $50.00/hr to $60.00/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
