About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key steward of the company's financial integrity and long-term value creation, overseeing all finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and public company reporting functions. This role is pivotal in managing a small team and serving as a strategic partner in shaping corporate strategy, capital allocation, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have executive financial experience in a mid-to-large publicly traded mining company, with a preference for those who have been part of a significant growth phase. Strong capital markets expertise, an understanding of accounting and financial best practices, and the ability to build scalable processes and systems are essential. Experience with South American operations is a significant asset. The successful CFO will be an accomplished team builder and mentor, capable of partnering with the CEO to grow the business while leading with integrity and sound judgment. This is a remote position, and the CFO can be based anywhere in North America. The role is particularly suited to a candidate who is adept at working in a growth-oriented, international mining company and is prepared to take on a highly visible role in capital markets engagement. As the company advances toward expanded production and enhanced market recognition, the CFO will be instrumental in reinforcing financial rigor, supporting sustainable expansion, and contributing to the evolution of a disciplined, responsible, and ambitious gold producer with significant long-term potential.
