Entry-Level Factory Worker - No Experience Needed | Rotating 12-Hour Shifts
- Want to try factory work and gain hands-on experience? We're hiring entry-level team members for a packaging department in a local potato facility. If you're reliable and ready to work, we'll train you
- Build and prepare totes for incoming product
- Fold, tape, and line containers
- Assemble boxes by hand or using machines
- Assist with rework (unpacking and repacking product)
- Break down boxes and organize materials
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Rotation:
- 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on
- 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off
What We're Looking For:
- No experience required (we will train)
- Able to stay on your feet for long periods
- Comfortable with physical work and repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance
- $13/hour
