Location: 100% Remote
Compensation: High Commission (Uncapped)

What You'll Do

Connect with prospective clients to assess insurance needs
Present customized insurance solutions with confidence and professionalism
Follow up with leads and manage your sales pipeline
Close deals and build long-term client relationships
Consistently exceed performance targets

Strong communication skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
Previous sales experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Competitive drive and desire for high income

Income Potential

This is a high-commission structure designed for top performers. Successful agents can earn significant income based on productivity and consistency. If you're looking for a capped salary, this is not the role for you. If you want control over your income - you'll love it here.
