Design personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system. Location Clinic Address: 640 Keller Pkwy, Suite 200, Keller, TX Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited PT program Current or pending state licensure BLS certification Strong interpersonal skills and team‑oriented mindset Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day) Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds Sign‑On Bonus: Available in select locations!
