As a Security Officer - Console Access in SAVANNAH, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a busy retail distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness with strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and assigned security-related duties.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, document incidents and observations, and communicate clearly with site contacts, dispatch, and/or local responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
