Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality operational support across one or more client accounts. You’ll act as a trusted partner to clients, suppliers, and contingent workers, ensuring a seamless and compliant workforce experience. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where relationship-building, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. You’ll be based onsite with the client a minimum of four days per week, driving program performance and continuous improvement. What You’ll Be Doing Act as the primary liaison between Workwell MSP, clients, suppliers, and contingent workers. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through professionalism and deep program knowledge. Support recruitment activity, including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate selection. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions, terminations, and exit interviews. Ensure all pre-employment checks and screening processes are fully compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, policies, and program workflows. Input and manage data within the VMS system, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Produce workforce and HR reports to support decision-making. Investigate and resolve payroll and billing queries in collaboration with key stakeholders. Support job description development, salary benchmarking, and performance frameworks. Handle employee relations matters with confidentiality and care. Conduct regular satisfaction surveys to identify improvement opportunities. Carry out audits to ensure compliance with employment legislation and program standards. Stay up to date with federal, state, and local employment laws. Support client events and contribute to wider program initiatives and projects. We’d Love To Hear From Someone That Has at least 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within staffing, workforce solutions, or HR. Holds a degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. And Brings The Following Strengths A strong customer-first mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, across a range of audiences. The ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and personality types. Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience managing multiple projects and meeting competing deadlines.
