Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide high-quality counseling services tailored for a broad spectrum of clients. This includes conducting individual therapy sessions focused on mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. \n
- Develop personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored specifically to meet the unique needs of each client. \n
- Conduct therapy sessions while ensuring the utmost confidentiality and privacy for all clients, adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices. \n
- Regularly track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support to foster client achievement of therapeutic goals. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in delivering counseling services, demonstrating a proven track record in client relationship management and therapeutic interventions. \n
- A Master's degree in Professional Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. \n
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and a commitment to meticulous documentation and case management. \n
