Event staffing will include Event Ambassadors , Event Team Members , and Gala Crew , who will volunteer at various event stations—including check‑in, hospitality, activity areas, and guest experience zones. Staff will also assist with performance transitions, general event flow, and tear‑down duties at the end of the night . Volunteers are expected to warmly welcome guests, support assigned stations, and help maintain a polished, joyful environment from start to finish.
